Herbie Allen

Hi, I am Herbie.

I have always had an interest in broadcasting from when I was a kid. I started in Internet Radio in 2007, and have been going ever since with a short break. In addition to broadcasting, though, my feature is 80s and 90s, I know a lot about music, especially twentieth century, and try to incorporate that into my show.

I am also a History major and hope to teach one day. I have been totally blind since birth. I also have interests in cooking and Technology, and I conduct calls in the ACB Community related to those topics. I like helping people.

I am also happily married for over 11 years now. We live in Houston, Texas now, but I have lived in several different parts of the country, including Minnesota, Washington State, and Florida. I am also half British and have spent some time in the UK.

The best way to get to know me is to tune into my shows every Wednesday from 9 to 11 AM Eastern. I hope to see you there!
